How to create a new SCORES portal login?

In addition to reaching out to your SEBI Zonal Office (over the phone preferably), we request you to fill out this SEBI SCORES form and send it to the below-mentioned email IDs. This will help you in getting the SCORES login credentials sooner.

 

NOTE: Please mention your license type in full form, i.e. (Research Analyst/Registered Investment Adviser/Portfolio Management Services) in the SEBI SCORES form.
