Q. Can we have multiple login credentials to access the platform?

A:. Yes, multiple login credentials can be generated.  Please drop an email to publisher.help@smallcase.com along with the email ID and name of the user. 



Q. How can I set the Minimum & Maximum investment amount of the smallcase?

A: You can set the Minimum and Maximum investment amounts while creating the smallcase on the Publisher platform. Make sure that the minimum amount is greater than the amount mentioned after calculating the value of the stocks as per the weights assigned by you. 



Q. How are benchmarks allocated?

A: Benchmarks are automatically allocated as per the stocks and weightage of your smallcase that you have assigned to your smallcases. 



Q. What are the different types of subscription plans for a smallcase?

A: There are two types of subscription plans that you can create for your smallcase:

  • Flat Fee - The upfront fee collected before the user gets access to the smallcase

  • AuM Based - The user is charged on the average monthly AUM of one’s portfolio

Q. When will the users see the rebalance update and execute?

A: Once you have uploaded and pushed your rebalance, it is sent to all invested users the next day. The users can execute the rebalance once the market opens.



Q. Can a Flat Fee-based smallcase be converted to an Aum-based smallcase?

A: No, once a smallcase is published it cannot be converted from Flat fee to Aum or vice versa  



Q. How can I update my details on the microsite?

A: The microsite details can be updated from the Publisher platform > Profile > Website section.



Q. How can I create an offer for a smallcase?

A: You can create an offer from the Publisher platform > Plans & Offers > Offers.

Select a smallcase and create offers for them.



Q. How does the platform invoicing process works? 

A: On a monthly basis, we share a ledger which contains details of all the users who have paid subscription fees and an invoice for the platform fees.
