We have been focusing on reducing the errors faced by users while placing orders on the platform and thus reducing the order error rate. 


Through our continuous focus on reducing the errors via on  product changes, we have been able to successfully reduce the platform-level order error rate from 22% to 10%.


We would like to highlight the fact that majority of the smallcases on the platform do not have an order error rate issue, with most of them having an order error rate < 1%.


Out of 500+ Manager created smallcases, only ~3% of smallcases have an order error rate > 5% (primarily due to illiquidity related issues).
