Use of extremely low pricing from certain Managers on the platform has resulted in a lot of issues and concerns from users and other Managers, as highlighted below:
- This has been used as a strategy by some Managers to game the system or collect customer data
- It has also been observed that some of these Managers are not providing as good an experience to their users as the smallcase Managers are generally known for.
- This kind of approach is not healthy, and most of the Managers on the platform are not appreciative of this approach
Most of the feedback received from Managers points towards introducing a minimum subscription pricing on the smallcase app to address the issue. Based on the feedback and insights from the data, we have defined the minimum subscription plans for all smallcases to be listed on the smallcase app & website.

This is for the smallcase platform, where different Managers get listed together for users to select and compare plans. Managers can continue creating plans with the pricing and duration they want on their microsites and other distribution platforms.
