Users can now be unsubscribed from the 'User' details section in the users tab of the Publisher platform.
Users can now be unsubscribed for a variety of reasons, with the appropriate email notification informing them of the reasons for the same. A custom reason can also be provided to give some more context to the user being unsubscribed.
In case of Razorpay the refunds will be processed via the platform automatically.
For Digio transactions, the refunds will have to be processed via the Managers at their end.
