Pursuant to the industry-wide mandate issued by SEBI and NPCI regarding implementation of valid UPI handles for investor payment collections, we will be integrating YesBiz (Yes Bank’s UPI Payment Gateway) for facilitating the same.
Note: The above circular is only applicable to new subscriptions going forward, all existing subscription mandates will remain unaffected.
To facilitate your onboarding, please follow the steps applicable to you:

You will also be required to sign the Yes Bank Offer Letter (attached below) and upload in this Google Form
If you do not have a Yes Bank account
Please complete the following requirements to initiate your onboarding:
Execute the Yes Bank UPI Services Agreement (attached below).
Submit the following KYC documents:
Identity Proof
Self-attested PAN card copies of all directors (mandatory)
Self-attested address proof (Passport / Driving Licence / Voter ID / Aadhaar) for at least two directors
Business Address Proof
Latest electricity / internet / mobile / water bill (owned premises), or
Rental agreement along with latest electricity bill (rented premises)
Company Documents (Optional for Individual Managers)
Company PAN (signed & stamped)
COI / MOA / AOA (first and last pages signed & stamped)
List of directors (signed & stamped by all directors)
Board Resolution (on company letterhead, signed & stamped by minimum two directors)
Financial Documents
Last 1 year ITR with audited balance sheet
